- Cancellation Fee:
- After midnight 1 day before booking: $30
- Need to cancel before midnight the day before booking
- After midnight 3 days before booking for house-sitting: $50

- Aggression Fee – $50 per pet
- Determined by the employees at the time of providing services. Events including injury or risk of injury to staff, the pet, others, or other animals by the client’s pet will qualify for the aggression fee to be applied. Events will be discussed with the owner either in-person or via email within 2 business days.
- House-Sitting:
- Nightly rates are based upon a 24hr period from Drop-Off to pick up. Extended care rates may apply for each pet on the booking if the end time on the final day of the stay is more than 2hrs later than the start time on the first day of the stay. This ensures that sitters are compensated for their additional time. 2-8hrs: 50% of nightly rate, 8+: 100% of nightly rate
- Booking and Scheduling:
- Advanced notice is preferred for appointments (24-48 hour scheduling ahead before booking), but same-day/emergency requests are welcome when possible. No guarantee of same-day bookings, but accommodations will be attempted when possible.
- All bookings must be confirmed via email, phone, or text.
- Peak times (holidays and weekends) may fill up quickly – early booking is encouraged.
- Holidays:
- We will be open most holidays for modified hours, if not the whole day. Normal working hours are 6AM-9PM. Bookings scheduled on a holiday with modified hours will have Holiday Fees applied. Holidays when we are running a regular schedule do not have Holiday Fees applied.

- Payment Policy:
- Payment due before or at the time of service. No payment plans available at this time.
- Pet owner is responsible for any additional fees added after booking.
- Accepted forms of payment: PetChecks Technology, cash, check, credit/debit card, Venmo, CashApp.
- Pet Requirements:
- Be up to date on rabies vaccine – will need to see proof at meet and greet.
- A completed New Patient Packet needs to get filled out at meet and greet.
- We must be informed if pet is aggressive, reactive, or has triggers.
- We welcome exotic pets, but require detailed care instructions at time of booking.
- Any special requests or specific instructions need to be given at meet and greet or listed at booking.
- Pets must be in good health, unless discussed prior to booking.
- Meet and Greets:
- Free and required meet and greets for all new clients.
- Used to discuss your pet’s needs, personality, medical history, and your expectations along with our requirements.
- House tour must be given for overnight bookings and instructions for the house given during the tour.
- Keys and Access:
- Clients may provide keys, garage codes, gate codes, or lockbox access as needed.
- QR Code Lockboxes will be provided for bookings to allow staff to enter your residence to access your pet(s), and to check in and out for walks with GPS tracking.
- Owners are responsible financially for any damage or theft of item when services are not actively being provided.
- Inclement Weather Policy:
- All services may be shortened, delayed, or rescheduled during extreme weather (heat, cold, snow, storms).
- Emergency and Vet Care:
- In case of emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately
- If unreachable, we will take your pet to the nearest vet listed on file or an emergency clinic.
- Client is responsible for all vet fees.
- Privacy and Safety:
- All client and pet information is kept strictly confidential, unless social media agreement is signed and client approves of featured content.
